Pupil Premium Grant (PPG) Offer at Long Marston

In the UK, the government offers extra school funding for children of families who are entitled to benefits. If you receive Universal Credit your child will be eligible.

The process is very simple. You fill in a simple form (which we can help you with) and we then get additional funding in our school budget which is spent on children from economically disadvantaged families. If your child is PPG eligible, they may be entitled to:

• 2 free Breakfast Clubs per week
• 2 free After School Club slots until 4.15 (including sports clubs)
• 2 school logoed jumpers at the start of each academic year
• Discounts on school trips and visits
• Free School Meals
• Packed lunches for school trips
• ToyHub (charity) Christmas present eligibility
• Priority focus academically and at school pupil progress meetings
• Family support worker available
• Pupil support worker available

Whilst PPG children are eligible for this offer, we ask that you speak to a member of staff if you wish to take up any of these offers. We are always here to support you and your child so please do speak to a member of  staff if you are struggling in any way and we will always do what we can to help or we can direct you to services who can.
