Our Nursery, based and run by staff at Long Marston VA C of E Primary school, has places for 13 full time children for 3-year-olds. Children who turn 3 before 1st September 2025 are eligible to apply. This class is a combined Reception/Nursery class and gives our children the very best start for their journey with us.  Mrs Garner-Veal, our Early Years leader, teaches this class with Mrs Buckley and a team of experienced, passionate support staff. Our curriculum gives our Nursery children the tools they need for school from learning to retell stories with ambitious language to growing their own food; they will love coming here to learn.

Nursery Admissions Timetable

The timetable for nursery admissions is no longer laid down by HCC. Long Marston VA and other local schools will use the following timeline for processing applications to their schools:

  ·        Application deadline:              Friday 21^st March 2025

  ·        Offer date:                               Friday 25^th April 2025

  ·        Accept your place by:             Friday 2^nd May 2025
